Payment Payment Methods

Our online shop offers a wide range of payment methods, including fast bank-to-bank transfers that allow to immediately transfer the funds to our account, which accelerates the process of order execution, as well as the traditional payment with credit or debit card, accepting the leading card chains such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 1. How long does the order fulfilment take?

The order is mostly fulfilled within 2 to 4 working days from the moment of the order confirmation.

2. Do you offer international delivery?

Yes, we do. The delivery cost and time depend on the target location.

3. Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept many different payment methods in order to make the purchase easier for our customers. You can pay using a credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard), bank transfer or cash on delivery. 4. Which parcel services deliver our parcels?

We cooperate with reputable parcel service in order to ensure a quick and safe delivery of your orders. Our deliveries are operated by DHL, DPD and InPost. Thanks to the cooperation with this carriers we can offers different delivery options, including the express and standard delivery, adjusted to your needs. If you have any questions regarding the delivery, please contact our customer support department.

5. How can I track my order?

After placing an order you will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation and the tracking number.

6. Can I return an ordered product?

Yes, you can. You have 14 days to return the purchased products, provided that it is in original state and packaging. Please contact the customer support department to initiate the return process.

7. What should I do if the parcel is lost?

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer support department. We will launch a thorough investigation regarding the lost delivery, cooperating with the carrier in order to localise it. If the loss of the parcel is confirmed, we’ll offer to send a new parcel or to refund the purchase cost. Our priority is to ensure that you will receive your order as soon as possible, without any additional inconveniences.

8. May I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, a VAT invoice is attached to each order. You can find it in the parcel. If you need an additional copy of the invoice, please contact the customer support department and we’ll send it to you electronically.

9. What is the expiry date of fenbendazole?

The expiry date of our products is about 2 years, depending on the lot number. If you store it tightly closed in a freezer, the expiry date may get significantly longer.

10. How should fenbendazole be stored?

Keep it in cool and dry place, far away from sunlight.
