Returns Possibility to Return the Product
A consumer can return the goods within 14 days from the purchase date. The delivery costs of the return are paid by the buyer.

- Give details about the return
- The product has to be carefully packed in order to protect it from damage during the transportation.
- The cost of packaging and shipping of the product is paid by the customer – in case of the return of accessories please also return the original package.
Important!
For the use of one of the mentioned return options a fee of 15 PLN (delivery cost + fix processing fee) will be charged. The amount of money we’ll transfer you for the returned products will be reduced by this quantity. In case of a complaint, this quantity will not be deducted.
