§ 1. General Provisions
1.These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) define the rules and conditions for using the online store available at https://e-fenbendazole.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Store” ), including the rules for concluding sales agreements, order fulfillment, payments, delivery, complaints, and the right to withdraw from the agreement.
2.The owner and operator of the Store is ZENMARO INVEST GROUP SL, with its registered office at Calle Varsovia 27, 03530 La Nucia (Alicante), Spain, NIF: B22591226, e-mail address: contact@e-fenbendazole.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
3.The Terms are made available free of charge via the Store’s website in a form that allows them to be downloaded, saved, and printed.
4.Using the Store, including placing an Order, is equivalent to reading and accepting these Terms.
5.In matters not regulated by these Terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular:
•The Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended),
•The Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014 item 827, as amended),
•The Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended),
•Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH).
§ 2. Definitions
The terms used in the Regulations mean:
1.Customer – a natural person with full legal capacity, a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality, to which special provisions grant legal capacity, who places an Order within the Store.
2.Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person concluding a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to their business or professional activity, within the meaning of Art. 22¹ of the Civil Code.
3.Product / Reagent – a chemical reagent fenbendazole (CAS No: 43210-67-9) offered in the Store in the form of powder or capsules, intended exclusively for research and laboratory purposes, not being a drug, medicinal product, dietary supplement, or food.
4.Sales Agreement – a sales agreement for the Product within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between the Seller and the Customer via the Store.
5.Order – a declaration of will of the Customer, aiming directly at the conclusion of a Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and number of the Product.
6.Safety Data Sheet (SDS) – a document containing information on the properties of a chemical substance, hazards, precautions, and handling of the substance, prepared in accordance with the REACH regulation.
7.Business Day – one day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
§ 3. Rules for Using the Online Store
1.Using the Store requires a device with Internet access and an active e-mail address. An up-to-date version of a web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled is recommended.
2.The Customer is obliged to use the Store in a manner consistent with applicable law, the provisions of these Terms, and good practices, with respect for the personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
3.The Customer is obliged to provide data consistent with the actual state. It is forbidden to provide content of an unlawful nature.
4.The Store is intended exclusively for adults. By placing an Order, the Customer confirms that they are over 18 years of age.
§ 4. Product Characteristics and Customer Declarations
1.All Products offered in the Store are chemical reagents intended exclusively for research, scientific, and laboratory purposes (for laboratory research use only). The Products are not drugs, medicinal products, dietary supplements, or food within the meaning of applicable law.
2.The Products are not intended for consumption by humans or animals, are not for diagnosis, therapy, prevention, or treatment of any diseases. The Seller does not provide any medical or veterinary advice.
3.The Seller declares that the Products have an analytical purity of at least 99.3%, confirmed by HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and FT-IR (Fourier-Transform Infrared Spectroscopy) tests for each production batch. A Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is available on request.
4.By placing an Order, the Customer declares that:
•they are an adult,
•they have the necessary knowledge or qualifications for the safe handling of chemical reagents, are familiar with their properties, potential hazards, and required precautions during use, storage, and disposal,
•they are purchasing the Product exclusively for lawful purposes, in particular for research or laboratory purposes,
•they are not purchasing the Product for consumption, use as a drug, dietary supplement, or for any other purpose inconsistent with its intended use,
•they have read the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of the Product and undertake to comply with it.
5.The Seller provides the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) of the Product on the Store’s website or at the Customer’s request. The Customer is obliged to read the SDS before purchasing and using the Product.
§ 5. Disclaimer of Liability
1.The Seller shall not be liable for any damages – including damage to health or life – resulting from the improper, unintended, or unlawful use of the purchased Products.
2.Full responsibility for assessing the suitability of the Product for the intended application, for its safe use, storage, and disposal rests with the Customer.
3.The Seller does not guarantee that the Product is approved for use for a specific purpose in the Customer’s country. The obligation to verify the compliance of the purchase and use of the Product with the laws in force in the Customer’s country rests solely with the Customer.
4.The information contained on the Store’s website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, veterinary, or pharmaceutical advice.
§ 6. Procedure for Concluding a Sales Agreement
1.To place an Order, the Customer selects a Product on the Store’s website, adds it to the cart, and then follows the displayed messages, providing the data necessary for the Order to be fulfilled.
2.Placing an effective Order is possible only after accepting these Terms.
3.The Sales Agreement is concluded upon confirmation of the Order by the Seller, of which the Customer is informed by e-mail.
4.All Product prices are given in euros (EUR) and are gross prices (include VAT, if applicable). The Seller reserves the right to change prices, introduce new Products to the offer, and conduct and cancel promotional campaigns.
5.The information about the Products posted in the Store constitutes an invitation to conclude an agreement within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Civil Code, and not an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code.
§ 7. Delivery
1.Delivery of Products takes place within the European Union.
2.The available delivery methods, their costs, and estimated delivery times are specified in the table below and on the “Shipping and Payment” page.
3.The Order fulfillment time is counted from the moment of obtaining a positive payment authorization.
4.In the event of the Product’s unavailability or the inability to fulfill the Order for other reasons, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer and propose an alternative solution or a refund.
§ 8. Payment
1.The Store accepts the payment methods visible when placing the order.
2.If electronic payment is selected, the Customer is obliged to make it immediately after placing the Order. Failure to pay within 3 business days of placing the Order may result in its cancellation.
3.At the Customer’s request, the Seller issues a VAT invoice.
§ 9. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement
1.The Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance Sales Agreement without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the Product by the Consumer or a third party indicated by them, based on Art. 27 of the Act on consumer rights.
2.To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send a declaration of withdrawal from the agreement before its expiry to the e-mail address: contact@e-fenbendazole.com or in another form permitted by the Act on consumer rights.
3.In the event of effective withdrawal from the agreement, the Seller will refund to the Consumer all payments made by them, including the costs of delivering the Product (except for additional costs resulting from the Consumer’s choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the Consumer’s declaration of withdrawal from the agreement.
4.The direct cost of returning the Product is borne by the Consumer (shipping costs and a fixed handling fee), which will be deducted from the refund amount.
5.The returned Product should be in an unchanged state, in its original, intact packaging, with no signs of use. The Consumer is liable for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from using it in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
6.The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to Products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned or whose packaging has been opened after delivery, if opening the packaging makes the Product non-returnable for safety or health protection reasons (Art. 38 item 5 of the Act on consumer rights).
§ 10. Complaints and Quality Guarantee
1.The Seller is obliged to provide the Customer with a Product free from physical and legal defects.
2.In the event of non-compliance of the Product with the agreement or a defect in the Product, the Customer has the right to file a complaint.
3.Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: contact@e-fenbendazole.com, providing:
•the Customer’s name and contact details,
•the Order number,
•a description of the defect or non-compliance found,
•the date the defect was found,
•the Customer’s request (exchange, price reduction, refund).
4.The Seller will consider the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt, informing the Customer of the method of its consideration by e-mail.
§ 11. Personal Data Protection
1.The administrator of the Customers’ personal data collected through the Store is the Seller – ZENMARO INVEST GROUP SL, Calle Varsovia 27, 03530 La Nucia (Alicante), Spain, e-mail: contact@e-fenbendazole.com.
2.Personal data are processed for the purpose of fulfilling Sales Agreements, handling complaints and returns, and with the Customer’s consent – also for marketing purposes, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
3.The Customer has the right to access their data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, and object to processing.
4.Detailed information on the processing of personal data and the cookie policy is contained in the “Privacy and Cookies Policy” available on the Store’s website.
§ 12. Intellectual Property
1.All content posted on the Store’s website, including texts, graphics, photos, logos, and Product descriptions, are the property of the Seller or have been used by them with the consent of the authorized entities and are protected by copyright law.
2.Without the written consent of the Seller, it is forbidden to copy, reproduce, or otherwise use the Store’s content for commercial purposes.
§ 13. Final Provisions
1.The Seller reserves the right to make changes to these Terms for important reasons, in particular in connection with changes in the law, changes in the Store’s offer, or changes in payment and delivery methods. Customers will be informed of any changes to the Terms with appropriate advance notice by publishing the new version of the Terms on the Store’s website.
2.Changes to the Terms do not affect Orders placed before they enter into force.
3.The resolution of disputes with Customers who are not Consumers is subject to the court competent for the Seller’s registered office.
4.The Terms enter into force on the date of their publication on the Store’s website. These Terms are effective from February 01, 2026.
