1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

    6. NEWSLETTER – an Electronic Services allowing the User to subscribe and receive free information from the Service Provider on the e-mail address given by the User.
  3. TYPE AND SCOPE OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES
    1. Through the website the Service Provider allows the use of Electronic Services such as:
      1. use of the Contact Form,
      2. use of the Newsletter,
    2. The provision of Electronic Services to the Users is governed by the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PROVIDING AND ENTERING INTO AGREEMENTS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ELECTRONIC MEANS
    1. The provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider set out in chapter III point 1 of the Terms and Conditions is free of charge.
    2. The term of the agreement:
      1. an agreement for provision of an Electronic Service consisting in allowing to send messages via the Contact Form is concluded for a definite period of time and shall be terminated as soon as the message is sent or the User stops sending it.
      2. an agreement for provision of an Electronic Service consisting in the use of the Newsletter is concluded for an indefinite period.
    3. Technical requirements necessary to cooperate with the ICT system used by the Service Provider:
      1. computer with Internet access,
      2. access to e-mail,
      3. web browser,
      4. activation of Cookies and JavaScript in the web browser.
    4. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law and morality, having regard to the respect for personal rights and intellectual property rights of third parties.
    5. The User is obliged to enter the data consistent to the actual state of affairs.
    6. The User is not allowed to deliver any illegal content.
  5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TERMINATING AGREEMENTS FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY ELECTRONIC MEANS
    1. The termination of an agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service:
      1. An agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service of a continuous and indefinite nature (e.g. use of the Newsletter) can be terminated.
      2. The User can terminate the agreement with immediate effect and without providing a reason by sending an appropriate statement via e-mail to the address: contact@e-fenbendazole.com
      3. The Service Provider can terminate an agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service of a continuous and indefinite nature, if the User violates the Terms and Conditions, especially if they deliver illegal content after an unsuccessful prior call to cease the violation in a given period of time. In such case the agreement expires after 7 days from the submission of the declaration of intent to terminate it (notice period).
      4. The termination leads to the cessation of the legal relationship with effect for the future.
    2. The Service Provider and the User can terminate the agreement for the provision of an Electronic Service at any time by mutual consent.
  6. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE
    1. The complaints regarding the provision of Electronic Services by the Service Provider:
      1. The complaints regarding the provision of Electronic Services through the Website can be submitted by the User via e-mail to the address: contact@e-fenbendazole.com
      2. In the above-mentioned e-mail message as much as possible information and circumstances regarding the complaint object should be provided, particularly the type and the date of the occurrence of irregularities and the contact data. The provided information will significantly facilitate and accelerate the consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider.
      3. The consideration of the complaint by the Service Provider shall take place immediately, not later than within 14 days.
      4. The Service Provider’s answer regarding the complaint is sent to the User’s e-mail address provided in the complaint form or in other way given by the User.
  7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
    1. All content published on the website e-fenbendazole.com benefit from the copyright law protection and is the property of e-fenbendazole.com. The User shall bear full liability for the damage cause to the Service Provider resulting from the use of any content of the website fenbendazol.pl without the Service Provider’s consent.
    2. Any use of any element being a part of the content of the website e-fenbendazole.com by anybody, without a Service Provider’s written consent, is an infringement of the Service Provider’s copyright and results in civil and criminal liability.
  8. FINAL PROVISIONS
    1. The agreements concluded through the Website are concluded according to the Polish law.
    2. If any part of the Terms and Conditions is non-compliant with the applicable law, the relevant provisions of the Polish law shall apply instead of the unenforceable provision.
